This package is ideal for people who have one more day available, because you get to visit not only all the amazing archeological sites of Cusco, the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu, but also some beautiful and impressive sites in the south valley of Cusco, that most visitors do not get to see.
Itinerary
The places we visit in the south valley are the archeological complexes of Pikillacta and Tipon and the picturesque town of Andahaylillas with its impressive church.14:00: City Tour - The places to visit: Temple of the Sun Qoricancha, The Cathedral, Sacayhuaman, Quenqo, Pucapucara and Tambomachay.
- Day1:We will meet you at the airport and take you to the hotel of your choice.
- Day 2: The Sacred Valley: The places you will visit are: Pisaq, Ollantaytambo and Chinchero.
- Day 3: Machupicchu: visit the site.
- Day 4: Tour of the Southern Valley: Visit Tipon, Pikillacta and Andahuaylillas or visit to Maras - Moray
- Day 5: You will be transfered to the airport at the indicated time for your return or onward travel.

- The train trip to Machupicchu in both Machupicchu luxury and Machupicchu first class packages is in the 1st class Vistadome train.
- The train trip to Machupicchu in both Ollantaytambo and the Basic economy packages is in the economy class Expedition train.
The Program Includes:

HOW TO RECONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION
Once we receive all the required information (ISIC card if applicable) and the advance payment, we will send you an email within 24 hours confirming your reservation with a service contract from our tour company.
CANCELLING A RESERVATION
If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation please note that we will not be able to refund the full amount of the advance payment. When you give us your commitment we pay for your entry fee to Machupicchu (non-refundable) and buy the Cusco-Machupicchu-Cusco train tickets (only partially refundable).
With 20 days or less advance notice we will not be able to refund any of the down-payment.
If the cancelation is made 48 hours or less before your trip, we will have to charge the full price of the tour.
City Tour:
You begin your contact with Andean culture by visting the Temple of the Sun, Qoricancha, The Cathedral, the Sun temple of Sacsayhuaman, the worship site of Qenqo, the fortress of Pucapucara and the water temple of Tambomachay.
Duration: From 13.30 to 18.30.

The Sacred Valley
We begin by picking you up at your hotel at 8:30 in the morning to go to Pisac where we visit the handicraft markets and part of the archaeological site. We continue via Coya to Lamay, Calca and Urubamba where you have a buffet lunch, everything included. We continue by travelling to the archaeological park of Ollantaytambo, then we return to Cusco via Chinchero.
The best days to visit the markets at Pisac are Monday, Thursday and Sunday, but if you want you can visit any day of the week with a bilingual guide who speaks english.
Duration: 8.30 am to 6.40 pm.
Machupicchu – Wonder of the World
We pick you up from your hotel at 5:30 or 6:30 (depending on the type of train you are taking), and take you to the station where you board the train to Aguas Calientes. From here we take a bus to Machupicchu where we tour the ruins with a guide for approximately 3 hours. After this we will take the bus back to Aguas Calientes to have lunch. Then you will take the train back to Cusco.
Duration: 15 hours (6 am to 9.30 pm)
Southern Valley (Tipon, Pikillacta, Andahuaylillas)
Tipon is a large impressive agricultural complex that has 12 terraces which were cultivated in Inca times. The walls are constructed with finely carved stones. The most impressive thing is the irrigation system that still functions and.

Pikillaqta
has the characteristics of a grand urban centre corresponding to the imperial era of the Wari, with more than 1,000 structures consisting of plazas, storage houses, houses and temples. There are wide and narrow streets with buildings that reached up to four stories in hight.
Andahuaylillas:
A typical small andean town with architecture originating from the colonial period. The standout building in Andayhuaylillas is the the church from the colonial period which is beautifully decorated with mural paintings from the 17th and 18th centuries and known as the “Sixteenth Chapel” of Cusco.
Duration: 4 hours (from 9 am to 1 pm).
